1. Your Consumer Rights
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Under Norwegian and EU consumer law, you have strong rights when buying at a distance. This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns and refunds and how you can exercise your rights.
Under the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not obligatory. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or withdrawal, please contact us at admin@xakrionddlixxle.world with your order reference number and the reason for your return. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe—typically within 2 business days—to confirm receipt and provide return instructions.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods were defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service and keeping proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit when returned. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible to minimise damage during return shipping.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unused, unopened (where the product is sealed), and in resalable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of food supplements where the seal has been broken or the product has been used, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or to deduct an amount from your refund if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they have been damaged while in your possession. We will inform you of any such deduction and the reason for it.
4. Refund Process and Timeline
We will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery (if any) without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we receive the goods back, or of the day on which you provide evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period (e.g., urgent processing), you shall pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs you have incurred. In such cases, you do not need to wait for the standard refund period; we will process your claim as a priority.
Please provide photographs of any damaged or defective items where possible, as this helps us resolve your claim quickly and improve our quality controls. We may request that you return the product for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund in certain cases.
6. Exceptions and Special Cases
Certain goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive, including:
- Goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly
For food supplements, once the product seal is broken, we generally cannot accept returns for reasons other than defect or error on our part. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within the 14-day period subject to the conditions set out above.
7. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet shipped your order, we will refund the full amount without delay. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return and refund process will apply.
